During your online booking, you provide your license plate number, which will be automatically recognized by our barrier system upon arrival. The barriers will open, and you can start your vacation with minimal administrative effort. For even more comfort during arrival and departure, we have designed the entrance area of our site to be very spacious and with two lanes.
For every online booking, you will be asked to provide your license plate number. Our modern barrier systems will automatically recognize it and allow you to enter. However, please note that entry is only possible until 10:00 PM out of respect for quiet hours.
Please inform our reception team briefly if you are departing before the reception opening hours. In this case, we will send you the invoice by email.

For online bookings, you can choose to pay via PayPal, credit card, or bank transfer. Payment is required in advance.

On-site at the reception, we will then settle your consumption and any additional services. We also prefer cashless payments via debit or credit card. However, cash payments are also possible.

Friesensee is a natural lake, and swimming is allowed at your own risk. However, there is no lifeguard on site. All our guests receive discounted entry to the Freizeit- und Erlebnisfreibad Isums, located right next to our site. A visit is definitely worth it!

Dogs are warmly welcome at Friesensee and are highly appreciated guests! You are also welcome to set up a mobile dog fence on your pitch, so your four-legged friends can stay safely and comfortably. For more information, visit our page Camping with Dogs.
Yes, simply show your fishing permit at the reception and purchase a fishing card for 10.00 € per day. Please note: – No feeding & a maximum of two rods per person
To start your vacation perfectly, you can conveniently order your rolls via the following link: https://campingbroetchen.de/s/mk93mk The payment will be processed directly on the website. Please make sure not to use the “Bank transfer” payment option, so your order reaches us in time. You can pick up your fresh rolls at the reception from 8 AM. Please remember to complete your order by 3:30 PM the day before.

In our shop at the reception building, we offer a small selection of drinks available year-round. During the summer months, we expand our range to include various ice cream flavors. You will also find carefully selected souvenirs and handmade gifts – perfect for treating yourself or your loved ones. For larger shopping needs, a Netto discount store (850 m) and an Edeka market (2.3 km) with bakery shops are conveniently located near our campsite.

We offer you free modern high-speed internet and Wi-Fi on our site.
On our pitches, your electricity consumption is billed separately per plot at a rate of 0.70 €/kWh. In the rental of our lodges and holiday apartments, electricity is included.
At Sani I, you will find a CamperClean cleaning and service station. Our site map will help you with orientation.
There is a washing machine and a dryer in both Sani I and Sani II.
Grilling on your own pitch is generally allowed; however, we kindly ask for your understanding that grilling with charcoal is not permitted according to our campsite rules. We recommend using electric or gas grills instead. Please ensure you maintain sufficient distance from our grass areas.
Both sanitary buildings are wheelchair accessible.
You will find a waste station and glass recycling containers directly in front of our workshop.
You can exchange your gas bottle directly on the campsite. Simply check in at our reception.
The rental of our Seelodges and holiday apartments includes professional final cleaning. You don’t have to worry about anything and can start your journey home in a relaxed way.
If you arrive with a caravan and your car fits on the pitch, you are welcome to park it there. Please make sure to park your car lengthwise on the pitch to keep the grass areas intact. Otherwise, please use the designated parking areas at the entrance of our site. Our holiday apartments and Seelodges each have their own parking spaces directly at the accommodation
Visitors are warmly welcome at Friesensee during the day. Please inform our reception team briefly. The responsibility for external guests lies with you.
Guests of our Seelodges and holiday apartments can either bring their own bed linen and towels or rent them from us for a fee of 15 € per person.
Unfortunately, all seasonal pitches are currently occupied.

If you are unfortunately unable to start your stay with us, the following cancellation fees apply:

  • Up to 6 weeks before arrival = 10% of the accommodation price
  • Up to 14 days before arrival = 50% of the accommodation price
  • Up to 24 hours before arrival = 80% of the accommodation price

For cancellations of options and supplements like bed linen, final cleaning, or pets, these will be removed without any additional charges.

In our team, there are some true East Frisians who love to chat with you in Platt (Low German). Give it a try! But don’t forget: ‘Moin, moin!’ is already considered casual talk ;-).
