For electricity calculation:
The electricity consumption not only includes the use of your motorhome/caravan but also the costs for the boiler and heating in your private bathroom. There are two reasons for this:
1) Sustainability:
Sustainability is important to us, and we would like to encourage you to use resources responsibly.
By considering electricity consumption, including the bathroom boiler and heating, we promote environmentally conscious usage.
2) Fairness: We do not have flat-rate fees. Instead, we apply a fair calculation and allocation of actual consumption. This way, you only pay for what you actually use. This transparent and fair solution ensures an equitable distribution of costs. The costs for heating the boilers are covered by us, so you only pay 100% for the actual consumption.
