By Car
Coming from Bremen / Hamburg:
Take the A28 to the Oldenburg Ost interchange and change to the A29 towards Wilhelmshaven. Leave the Autobahn at exit B210 in the direction of “WHV-Süd / Roffhausen / Wittmund / Jever / Schortens”. Continue on the B210 until you reach Wittmund, then follow our signposts.
Coming from North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW):
Take the A31 northbound towards Emden. Near the town of Leer, keep left and continue on the A28 to the exit “An d. B436 / B436”. Turn right there and follow the signs through the towns of Hesel, Bagband, Wiesmoor and Rispel until you reach Wittmund-Isums.
By Train
Wittmund railway station is served daily by NordWestBahn trains coming from Oldenburg and from the opposite direction via Esens.
The best bus connection to our campsite is to walk about 800 metres from the station to the bus stop “am Wittmunder Markt”. From there, take bus line 311 (direction Friedeburg). The journey to the destination stop “Isums Freizeitbad”, located directly next to our campsite, takes just 4 minutes.
